The questions everyone asks

Do I need a Costa Rica real-estate license?
No. Costa Rica does not require a real-estate licence. You will, however, need to operate legally — we onboard new hires through proper migratory and tax structure (visas, residency, and Hacienda registration where applicable).
What is the commission split?
We discuss splits in person — they are weighted toward the closer, not toward hierarchy. Our top agents earn at the upper end of what's available globally. We pay full freight on close.
Salary or commission?
Commission only. There is no salary and no draw against debt. We compensate by feeding qualified inbound leads and paying full commission at close.
Do I have to live in Costa Rica?
For agent roles, yes — the work is on the ground, walking properties with clients. We support relocation and visa for the right hire. For some operations roles, remote is possible.
What hours do I work?
You set them. Closers self-manage. The job is measured in deals signed — not hours at a desk.
How fast can I start?
Initial conversation with Leo within 48 hours. Fit call within a week. The right person can be onboarded and on inbound leads inside two weeks.
Do you sponsor relocation?
Yes — for the right candidate. We support migratory paperwork and onboarding logistics for hires relocating from the US, Canada, the EU, or Israel.
