The developer offers payment plans of $2,000 increments per month, with 7% interest and 20% down. The title will be released after the final payment.

Can I get insurance?
Yes, you will be able to get insurance because your property has full title. TLA Services is an insurance company frequently used in Costa Rica.

How do I get there?
Fly into San José, then take a Sansa flight to Golfito. From there, it's a 30-minute boat ride or a 50-minute taxi ride to Zancudo. Arena Alta can arrange your transportation.
What is the average cost to build a home?
An average 2-bedroom house is about $100,000 to build, turnkey, less appliances and furniture. Construction is American standard.
Do you manage vacation rentals?
Yes. We receive 10% rental commission to act as property manager, or 20% if the client is found through our network.
