When you log in to your professional dashboard, you’ll arrive on the dashboard landing page which includes the following:

1. Avatar: Your avatar (profile picture) in the upper right corner provides access to various account settings. Clicking on your avatar and selecting “your account” will allow you to update your login email address, password and verification phone number. You can also select “settings” to configure settings, get information on upgrading your account, and access additional support.
2. Suggested Followups: Your professional dashboard will suggest actions to take to help you follow up with your leads.
3. Your Leads: Quick summary of total leads received by the agent in the last 30 days. Clicking on the “View your lead performance” link will take you to the Leads Report where more detail and different time ranges can be viewed.
4. Recent Inquiries: Your 5 most recent inquiries. The primary photo of the listing is shown, along with contact information for the consumer.
5. Agent Profile: Your name, agent photo, tagline, email, and phone number, which are all used in the your agent profile for the Find a Real Estate Grupo search feature, as well as in branding features (dependent on level of service).
6. Your Listings: Count of active listings, as well as a summary of listing performance metrics for the last 30 days. Clicking on “Manage your Listings” takes you to your listings page, where you can view more information.
7. Free Tools For You: Link to the free tools available from Real Estate Grupo to help you grow your business.
8. Content Hub: Useful content from Real Estate Grupo to share with your clients so you can be the #1 resource for home buyers and sellers in your area.
9. Interaction Links: The bottom section of the dashboard landing page provides links to contact Customer Care through email and phone, as well as a link to join social media on Real Estate Grupo so you can ask, answer, and discuss all things home.

A tour of your Essentials toolkit

On the left side of the professional dashboard landing page is a navigation menu to the other areas of your professional dashboard, including the items included in your Essentials toolkit. Below is an overview of the free features included in the toolkit:

1. Contacts: The Contacts tab is where you can locate, add and download contacts. Leads from any Real Estate Grupo product you subscribe to will be created as contacts and you can search within your contacts using name, company or email address. Clicking on a contact allows you to add tags, see activities related to that contact, add your own custom notes and manage/see activity reports.
2. Listings: The Listings tab displays all of your listings on Real Estate Grupo as well as any transactions you have been involved in as the Buyer’s Agent or Seller’s Agent. Current listings are searchable by MLS number or address, and clicking on a listing allows you to edit listing enhancements. 
3. Profile: The Profile tab is where you go to update your agent profile, which is the information displayed to consumers when using the Find a Real Estate Grupo feature on Real Estate Grupo. to search for an agent in their area. In your profile, you can display your Bio, Experience, Specializations, Recommendations, Ratings and Reviews and much more. The purpose of your agent profile is to provide you with the ability to build trust and credibility with consumers and gain additional clientele.
4. Performance: Here you can see a summary report of your leads, listings, and profile performance on Real Estate Grupo as well as link to more detailed reports on each. Clicking on the detailed report for each allows you to view data by a predefined or custom date range and download or print the desired report.
