Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, with a proven track record of success.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
Self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
